We want to stand for security, local presence, high quality, competent staff, and a wide range of offerings. Our latest initiative is an increased value-added processing to facilitate the construction process with pre-cut house frames and roof trusses.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roof Truss Operator, you will work in a team manufacturing wooden roof trusses. Manufacturing is done by setting and pressing roof trusses with nail plates based on drawings and pre-cut timber. Each object is unique, which requires a high level of quality awareness. At each pressing station, you usually work in a team of two. Your role includes inventory, quality control of products, and cutting timber.

You will also work with loading and unloading goods using a wheel loader. You will load nail plate-connected roof trusses, frames, roof hatches, and prepare for transport to customers as well as unload incoming goods. Operating machines safely and being observant of obstacles and pedestrians is of utmost importance in this role.

We always strive to develop and refine our routines and processes. We believe that this is the key to creating efficient production while increasing engagement and job satisfaction among our employees. Improvement work is therefore as important a part of our tasks as the actual manufacturing of roof trusses.

The work is scheduled for 2 shifts, and other working hours may also occur.

The position is a temporary employment with immediate start and lasts for 6 months. For the right person, there are great opportunities for extension.

Your Profile

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and can find solutions to complex situations. Engagement, a high work ethic, and teamwork skills will make you particularly successful in this role. It is advantageous if you have experience in construction work/house manufacturing or if you possess knowledge in timber production. A forklift license B2 and wheel loader license C2 are also an advantage in this role.

You will thrive in the position of Roof Truss Operator if you find it easy to collaborate and can prioritize your work to streamline your daily tasks. You contribute quality through careful work while also bringing positive energy to your colleagues with your optimistic attitude.
